Davis Dog Parks
Get out and play with your dog! Dog parks are a great place for you and your dog to socialize with other dogs and dog lovers in the community. Most dog parks in Davis are open dawn to dusk.
In addition to dog parks, there are a number of other areas in Davis in which dogs can be let off their leashes. A list of those areas and the Davis leash laws can be found here.

Toad Hollow Dog Park came about after years of dog owners' grappling with the city council for a place of refuge and socialization. The 2.5 acre park is open dawn to dusk throughout the year, but may be closed during periods of heavy weather due to drainage issues; closures are posted at the entrance and on the City of Davis website; visitors can also call (530) 757-5656.
Dogs are allowed off their leashes while in the park, but must remain on leash while in the parking lot. The park does not allow puppies younger than 4 months or females in heat; please limit the number of dogs to 3 per person. See full list of rules here.
