Description
New to UC Davis? Living in the residence halls on campus is a great way for freshmen to get to know fellow students and get involved with campus events. Residence halls often have get-togethers and informative meetings on ways to get involved with campus groups and take advantage of programs and help. There are also housing opportunities for transfer and upperclassmen, graduate students and married students and families.
Campus Apts
In addition to the freshmen-oriented residence halls, there are 2 Student Housing-run apartment complexes (Solano Park and Orchard Park) and 4 private apartment complexes (The Atriums, The Colleges, Primero Grove, and Russell Park) on campus.
Solano Park and Orchard Park
The Parks provide housing for full-time students with families. They are located near child care facilities and have a children-friendly atmospheres with playgrounds located through the complexes. See the application process for eligibility requirements and waiting list information.
The Atriums
Managed by Tandem Properties, The Atriums at LaRue Park offer housing for single graduate students. The Atriums are located on the northwest edge of campus.
The Colleges at LaRue
Managed by Tandem Properties, The Colleges at LaRue are located across the street from the ARC; housing here is not available to first year and transfer students. Residents participate in leadership programs, attending workshops and seminars and completing projects each quarter.
Primero Grove
Managed by EAH Housing, Primero Grove is located near the Segundo residence halls on campus. It offers housing primarily for continuing undergraduates, transfer students and graduate students; however, in the past, Primero Grove has been known to house freshmen due to a shortage of rooms in the residence halls.
Russell Park
Managed by Tandem Properties, Russell Park provides housing for students with families, and has a child-friendly environment. Russell Park is located on the northwest edge of campus.
