Description

The UC Davis Egghead Blog is updated daily by Andy Fell, an editor with UC Davis University Communications. The blog provides commentary and information on current university research and discoveries, awards received by faculty members, and other university-related items of interest.

The Egghead Blog is named after the Egghead sculptures dotted around campus. The seven sculptures were created in 1989 by Robert Arneson, a UC Davis professor, who intended for students to interact with them, not regard them as art pieces to remain untouched.
