DMV Closures for Holidays and Budget Cuts
We've added a new link to Davis DMV: the holiday schedule for California DMVs. Check the calendar ahead of time to make sure the DMV is open - no point in making a trip down there just to find locked doors.
Another important note: due to the ongoing budget crisis in California, as of February 2009 all DMVs will be closed on the first and third Friday of every month. Check the Offices by Location page for temporarily closed offices and interrupted services.
