Is OneGate customizable?

    We’re hoping to make OneGate customizable at some point soon. We're looking into different options and are excited about the possibility of taking OneGate to the next step. Stay tuned!

The search boxes remember my last searched term. Can I change what the search boxes remember?

    Your previously searched terms are stored according to your browser’s cookie settings. To clean out the cookies and change your settings, go to the Internet Options (when using Firefox, click on Tools in the toolbar and select Options) and view the Privacy Options. To delete saved search terms and start fresh, you must clear the Saved Form and Search History.

An RSS feed isn’t working. What's going on?

    We’ve noticed that RSS feeds sometimes temporarily go on the blink; this is usually because of something happening on the host website's end. Give it a couple hours and it should fix itself. If the headlines still aren’t showing up after a couple days, we’re probably aware of it and are working on fixing it.
